various assurances from customer services that i i am now on paper billing then i am on non paperless then i am no bill in post then later 1 arrives all incorrect then i am assured i dont have any bill to pay till the end of the month.lies from the sales depatments too promise of certain details to my 2contracts then later find out they have not adhered to what they told me they are a bunch of liars
