o2 customer service

Why is it impossible to contact anybody at o2, the last three times I have logged in, in an attempt to use the webchat service it states they are too busy. I am not in the UK so will not call them due to the cost. Is there an e-mail address that I can contact someone on, instead of the useless webchat?

I must admit I'm guilty of knowing 3/5 staff in my local store so I probably have taken up their time chatting but they'll never ignore a customer to chat to a friend.

If you're rude they will suddenly become "busy" with whatever's at hand(completely understandable in my opinion).
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

If a customer is friendly & calm I'll deal with them but if rude & angry, either get my boss or ask them to leave the store
