Anyone else received a letter from o2 saying they are making changes and you can end you airtime plan early
without being charged the early termination fee.
I have contact o2 customer service to cancel my contract and of course they are denying knowledge of the letter and are saying I will need to pay the early termination fee.
I have been in to my local o2 store and the guys there have confirmed the letter is real but cannot make the
o2 customer services understand I can terminate without charge.
The store told me to email complaints - I have done that and no one has responded.
What an absolute joke, I suppose they will wait till after the 30days and then say I waited too long.
o2's customer service is a Joke (except no one is laughing) they take hours to answer your call, when they answer they are unhelpful and have no knowledge. What a shower of s**t
