no signal 37 5 hrs per week at work -kw14

1 am paying my monthly contract and get no signal at work-kw14.i was told when i complained that the prob would be resolved on 21/12/2012.still not resolved,what should i do as i should not have to pay for a service i dont get?????????//

I would imagine O2 would offer some sort of compensation, but only AFTER the situation has been resolved and they know how long the outage lasted.

I'd imagine it'll be a %age of your monthly tariff taking into consideration that you are usually in that postcode area for a limited amount of time.

150 out of 744 hours of a month = 20% give or take.

Is this indoors or outdoors? Have you tried turning off 3G?

 

Hopefully your problems will be over when O2 release TuGo shortly.

best you get back on to o2 but the live status page http://status.o2.co.uk is showing no issues.

As there is only 2G coverage available you are best to turn off 3G on your phone.
