1 am paying my monthly contract and get no signal at work-kw14.i was told when i complained that the prob would be resolved on 21/12/2012.still not resolved,what should i do as i should not have to pay for a service i dont get?????????//

Is this indoors or outdoors? Have you tried turning off 3G?
Hopefully your problems will be over when O2 release TuGo shortly.

best you get back on to o2 but the live status page http://status.o2.co.uk is showing no issues.
We are all customers here so for help you need to talk to o2 directly

As there is only 2G coverage available you are best to turn off 3G on your phone.
