Yes they were down from when I tried at 5am till about 8.30 am

Noticed this when I put in my Post Code (L25)
We'll be carrying out some maintenance on our phone masts in this area on the 03 December and 08 December.
Work on the 3rd was not mentioned before the fault last night.
Curious to know what's up
