Im in North Devon/ Woolacombe and its been down since about 12pm today, all my work collegues who are on 02 have also been complaining about their signals and lack of working phones..
Have you checked the o2 status web page for your area? What does it say, if any thing?

One of the main issues here is the lack of keeping customers updated on the status of area faults within customers individual area's.
Leaving there loyal customers in the situation of not having the foggiest idea as to what the status of the area or national faults are.
o2 take your money & let you whistle....Disgusting behaviour o2, pull your finger out, and keep your customers updated with the status of current area/national faults, and for pete's sake update your status page more frequent than you are at present....Rant over!

The network is definately monitored 24/7 but those people dont update this map, yet you still dont say if your having 2g or 3g issues
