When I went to the o2 shop to buy a phone their web wasn't working well they sent me to buy on the webiste. When I did that I neded help and called and it was shut and then when I got live chat they said to call tomorrow (today) and now Live chat is not working and no one is answering the phone. How can it be so hard to buy a phone?

Where else can I get one?

No one will answer now as they finish at 9pm. Quickest and easiest way to buy a phone at the moment is in store.

If you are not bothered about the Refresh tariff you could try Carphone Warehouse?

This is happening dozens of times on a daily basis. Best to go instore but take the chance to check out the other networks and independents, they are all usually in a 50 square metre area.
