Man, I have to be in work by 9 and the nearest store is 20 minutes away. In, upgraded, handset and contract purchased and out the door and in my car by 8.40am? Doubtful right?

If the 3G launch is anything to go by 10:40 would be lucky and that's if your first in the queue!

O2's computer systems were to blame then, falling down more than Charlotte Church on a Saturday night!

Well looks like I have lost out as an O2 customer as I can't get the morning off work and by the time I get to my local store at lunchtime there will no doubt be none left :robotsad:

i rang c/s this morning they saying you cannot upgrade over the phone are the internet store only

I am due an upgrade on my Iphone and am with O2 . Will i still have to take proof of ID to the apple store when i get my phone as all i will be doing is upgrading?

Same situation as me except I could get there at 8 but have to travel 20 minutes to get to work for 9. I'd give it a shot but I also have to drag my mother along as my contract is still stupidly in her name. I can't upgrade without her being there and she starts work at 8.

they told last week no problem you can upgrade over the phone and mate at work ranf they told him the same this morning is something else but i have to change shift at work so i start at 11am so if i go down there about 7:30 and get in line should be out buy 9:30-10
