That will be dependant on your email

Provider and your email client

What are they?

 

In Gmail they are moved to the Trash folder for 30 days before final deletion 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

That would be down to your email client

I know Outlook allows you to retrieve deleted emails for 30 days

O2 don't keep a record of emails sent to you if that is what you are asking?
