Good evening, just wondering if anyone else out there is having issues with calls and texts this evening? I have had the emergency calls notification for the past hour......

Secondly, if on contract has your payment been made?. Sometimes there is an error with the billing system
Finally...can be a symptom of a blocked phone unfortunately.
I would contact customer service first to see if an error has been made and your phone accidentally blocked.

If nothing is showing on the service.o2.co.uk sometimes simply cleaning the sim card and switching the phone off/on fixes the issue.
