Hi there,
Can anyone tell me how I PM @dave-02, the Community Manager please? I have spoken to customer services 3 times and emailed them about non receipt of a voucher with regard to the Galaxy earbuds promotion in connection with upgrade to Samsung Galaxy A54. Has anyone been successful in escalating his complaint? As far as I can see 02 is guilty of false advertising and representation as well as breach of contract. Thank you.
