You need to speak to Virgin on 0345 454 1111 and they can tell you when your Virgin BB contract ends or a Phone Plan, if you mean your mobile contract and you have been migrated from VM to o2, then you will need to login to myo2, and scroll to the bottom and where it says Upgrade Date
