claiming the fold 5 starter kits and headphones

I've just upgrade to the fold 5 and I'm eligible to claim the starter kit, I've gone on the Samsung website to start the claim but there is no option for o2, anybody know what i should do now?

O2 shows for me under "place of purchase"

I've started the claim on there but o2 isn't on the list so I'm not sure what to select.
