Over 200 spam messages from o2 open

Had over 200 msgs from o2 open, o2 said it’s automated I cannot block it as it’s o2 and keeps unblocking automatically it’s driving me crazy

Sounds like something has triggered on your account, unfortunately you need to persevere with o2 and get them to escalate to the IT team, who I am sure can block it.. 


There is nothing anyone on here can do about it...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Is it 200 different messages, or the same message 200 times ?
