You can always move elsewhere if don't like the way O2 works.
This was obviously an error and there isn't a company in the world that doesn't make mistakes.

Errors are always going to be made and then in my opinion it's how the error is rectified.
Anyone experiencing similar to the OP is warranted to complain constructively.
