Potential ffraudster

Has ANYONE had a texr supposedly from O2 starting *Be alert to fraud* and providing a six digit code to retrieve my O2 account? Very fishy, as I have not lost access to my O2 account...?

No service

I’ve had no service for 4 weeks now and it’s becoming absolutely ridiculous!! My whole village is affected and it seems nothing is being done about it !! This is very very poor service for such a big provider !!
