O2 parental access

I’ll change my SIM card when my contract is finished. I still can’t access any pages that seems to need parental approval after I spent 15 minutes on phone with somebody from o2 that told me she will sort it out in maximum 24 hours. THANK YOU O2!

O2 4G calling on the Samsung Galaxy S10

Anyone know the reason as to why O2 don't use the VoiLTE icon? It makes it easier to tell whether the service is working or not without having to constantly check to see if the 4G dropped to H+ etc. Just seems weird as I think O2 are the only network...
