02 being down

No network

Isn't there any way that any of us can get some compensation I am currently using Giffgaff which belongs to 02 the same network


With today's woefull customer service and having zero data and only being able to make a couple of calls all day. Are we going to be compensated by O2? I have paid for a service which I am NOT receiving
