Hi all ive just got a couple of quick questions
whats is inclusive ITS
and also whats o2 daily web

its is the addon that allows cheeper calls to and from abroad.
Web daily is where you get 100mb of internet for a max of £1 a day if you do not take a data bolton so max £30 a month all in the t&c pages

thanks for the speedy reply ive got a data bolt on 750mb so dont understand what the o2 daily is for ill have to give them a ring.

If you were to exceed your 750mb data allowance (which is very easy to do if you're not really paying attention to what you're using) then O2 will start charging you up to £1 a day until your contract cycle ends for that month.

I thought O2 just throttled your speed if you go over your web allowance on contract?

Ryan incorrect only on payg not contract with 750 you will just be slowed web daily is on all new tariffs but not needed on tariffs with data it is just part of the core base tariff see my links for info on data usage and capping speed

In that case, I was incorrectly advised at my local O2 store as I specifically asked about charges back when they stopped the unlimited bolt-on.

If your account shows web daily then you do need call cs and get it sorted. When a data bolt on, such as your 750mb, is added to an account it removes web daily. You should NOT see web daily on your tariff if you have inclusive data.
