Xperia Tablet Z: New software is available

There is a software update (v. 10.6.A.0.454) available for your device. Update your device's software and enjoy new features, better performance, speed and bug fixes. You can update the software today using your computer or wait until it’s available directly in your device (often within a couple of days). It's easy and no backup is needed.

Can I ask if it runs Lollipop smoothly? I am always interested in peoples thoughts on this as I am awaiting it with some trepidation....

It "should" do, Sony have taken a bit longer on the Z range, obviously to get it up to a good enough level, with the experience of all the other Z's updated to lollipop I see no reason why the tablet Z shouldn't run lollipop fine,
I might install it later and let you know, if I have the time of course (yes the tablet z is still here, being looked at occasionally, like a child about to leave home)
