WiFi app never sends text with code?

Has anyone had problems getting their code for the WiFi app from O2. I requested a reg code 5 times over a 24 hour period and still have had no response. I have got full bars on my phone both in 2G and 3G. Nothing else is a problem.. other SMS messages are still coming in fine.
SMS messages about when my next bill date and cost seem to work with 110% efficiency!
