I have had no service all afternoon on O2. This is my work phone and I work for myself so is an essential piece of equipment for me. I left Vodafone after 12 years, 6 months ago and came over to O2 and so far I am thinking it is the worst mistake I have ever made. A number of times we have been left with no service, the coverage is not as good and I am often without signal and I recently discovered that I am now charged for sending text messages from abroad, again something that never happened when I was with your competitor.
I am seriously frustrated here and when I log into the website to see if there is a problem with the network, I keep getting messages to say the centre is busy or the webpage is not available which I am guessing is because so many people are having the same problem.
please can someone indicate when we can expect to have our network back - I am in North Yorkshire.
