It's the worst customer service in the world. They sent my phone bill to another address luckily that person was honest and rang 02 to tell them. Now what did 02 do the rectifie there mistake ? They cut me off instead of phoning me and bare in mind there a PHONE company, in fact I've paid the bills and they've cut still my phone off, sent texts, emails and those times managed to phone me. Avoid this company I was with three network they were brilliant I only changed because I moved and the reception wasn't great.
