When will O2 approve of the new N96 firmware upgrade?

EDIT: To clear things up, it is with the ALL-BLACK N96 that this is has not been approved of.
EDIT 2: It's been 6 months now since V. 12 (still not approved) and on top of that, V20 is now out.

Although i cant see it being that hard of a job, Maybe they just undergo heavy testing. Or with the amount of issues that they may have with more important problems may get in the way...
If it isnt broke Dont fix it!

You'll need to change your phones product code to allow it to 'see' the update. The instructions to do this are on:
http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/sh ... oduct+code
Follow the tutorial and you should change the code to: 0543713
Reboot your phone and then try do the 'over-the-air' upgrade.
Let me know if anyone tries this.
