Hi there, I just had a phone call from a friend, about 2 mins into the call i heard another
woman on my call talking about sending emails etc and other things, then her
saying bye bye, bye bye while this was taking place i could not hear or talk to my
friend so i ended the call and rang her back, i asked her if she heard the woman
who was on the call when i was talking to her and she also said yes she heard
this other woman, can someone tell em whats going on as i have heard a few
people are having this problem?

It isn't someting I have experienced but looking at the post above your own perhaps you need to report it to customer service.

This is taken from the martin Lewis money saving expert site.
This happened to me and the other half on Friday - I got enough info from the guy I could hear to change anything on his insurance policy.
Apparently my other half got the other side of the same conversation I had, I tweeted o2 and they ignored me.
Can't say I am impressed. To be honest o2 are gone at the end of the contract, too many problems...
Now i just rang O2 and they said they are aware of this cross lining they called it and they are trying to fix it but have no time scale as to when its going to be fixed. I think this is ridiculous you could be giving out bank info or something like that and someone hears all of your convo. sorry O2 but this is not on. Look at the post above, the lady there got enough info to change a guys insurance. Security breach or what?:manmad:

This is a very rare problem but cross talk has been around as long as the telephone.
This is likely to happen on any network so good luck with finding the perfect one as it doesn't exist.

I was not the one that said i wasnt impressed with O2, that was a person from another website i took the post from. But tbh, no i am not impressed with them, this has been going on for days, peoples private convos being heard all over the place. And what about security? like the woman who heard all the guys insurance details?
