It's ironic really as o2 always used to be so proud of their customer services. I also used to be the first to recommend them because of their customer service. It seems to be quite different since the last time I needed them for anything. Oh how things can change in such a short space of time.

I've actually just got through to them and their as lovley as ever. the CSA's are always really pleasenet, its a shame i have to leave them as their efficent and polite, they just wont accept that i have no internet whilst me and 10 other people sit in my office with full 3G and not one of us can use our phones because "there's nothing wrong with the service in the area'. oh well..

Good to hear you got through ~ eventually.

On the flip side it's sad to see you leave O2 but it makes sense to go where you get signal.

Have you tried out alternative networks via their payg sims.

Also you could unlock your phone to all networks free here before you leave.
https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form If it is indeed locked.

You have to go with the network that gives you a signal.
No point been with O2 because of nice CS if your phone doesn't work 😞
Good luck and hope you find a suitable alternative.....

Indeed, when is a phone not a phone. It certainly isn't if you can't get a decent signal.

I too am waiting to get through. They say there is no one available to take a call, nor is there anyone avaiable for live chat. What does one have to do to get help from this company?

Keep trying or ask us - see if we can help (non account issues)......?

My issue concerns lack of coverage in my home - and elsewhere - and if I can get out of my contract as it is no use to me.
