Viewing Current and Past Bills

It has just taken me 15 minutes to find details of my current bill. This is also where past bills are if I had been looking for them.

This is extremely annoying - why not a direct link from MyO2 home page?

Finding where to put this complaint was a similarly tortuous process. Not a very good experience.

We have been asking for the same improvement for a couple of years ourselves, but o2 don't think it's necessary.....

Agree with that....the guide I linked to makes the best of a bad job we currently find we are stuck with
