Very poor service in Gyle, Edinburgh

Have O2 turned off 3G services in the Gyle, Edinburgh? I have been unable to use internet, check e-mails, etc ever since the 4G network was introduced. Service was quite good before but really looking at other providers now as I don't know what I'm paying for as I have to logon to wifi connections......

There is a mast issue at present....

Use the service checker to check out your postcode too.

Remove your SIM and wipe it. Keep checking the service checker site and reboot your phone.

Hope it settles for you.
