Updated Community Guides.

As we know, since the migration of customers to the 360 platform, many of our community guides need updating. I thought I'd start a list of the ones which have been updated and this can be added to by others after changes have been made.

I have spoken with @Dave-O2 about my guide on paying your bill. This has now been updated. One part reflects paying at the bank for Legacy Customers with slightly different bank details for 360 customers.

The only thing to add to this is the date it was updated.

All I know is that 99.5% of members are now on the 360 billing system. @Dave-O2 told me that when I asked to update my guide Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans) 

I think you should contact him via PM about the guides you produced and need updating. 😉
