Well delivered at 15:51 so mission complete.

SIM only pay monthly to a nice shiny refresh contract with an even shiner Galaxy S6 - all done online, no problems - well done O2!

Never had one parcel go missing or undelivered personally but I don't doubt I've been very lucky over the years.

Only used them once for a parcel, not a mobile phone though but they did deliver & on time
