LOST/STOLEN PHONE IN TRANSIT

I sent my old phone back on the 17th. Tracked 24. I've now received the parcel back but it has a sticker on it saying empty.

I've contacted o2 switch up. And royal mail but no one seems to have any information. This is the 3rd problem I've had using switch up. Obviously this is unlikely to be o2s fault.

What is the outcome for this?.

You will need to speak to Likewize who operate o2 recycle, and they should contact Royal Mail, but you should have proof of posting from the post office as they will need to provide that to them

Your contract is with Royal Mail and you need to claim from them.

They will not talk to anyone else. Hopefully you sent it with sufficient insurance?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
