Travelling for 6 months - Australia, Thaliand, Bali, Vietnam etc.

Hi,

I'm looking to go travelling for around 6 months exploring Bali, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries close by. 

Currently have a long-term sim contract with o2 - what is the best solution here? Whilst travelling, do the travel bolt on options work well if planning to just use data to connect e.g. texting / calling via whatsapp and using my current sim. Or is it best to get a new sim in each local country and get a pay as you go contract in each place. 

Want to be well prepared ahead of my travels - any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Some places may benefit from a local sim, due to cost, which you can usually get from Amazon before you travel or in supermarkets when there.

You need to look for a sim only contract which offers you O2 Travel Inclusive. You can find that in the shop
