I've been trying to transfer a number of lines to o2 from ee - I've managed to transfer 2, but when I've tried to transfer the 3rd one over it gives an error message of "you have to many lines" - whether its online or via the telesales team, the same thing happens and no one seems to know why. Credit is all fine etc, the only thing I can think is that I'm trying to do them all over a short period of time.
Customer services on the phone very unhelpful.

I think you are right in that it's the time period
I would leave it a while before trying again
