Tracking

Hi, ordered the new Apple Watch, got email today saying ‘The big day is almost here - your order's on its way.’

then the details of my order with Parcel/tracking Number.

when I log into My02 and scroll to the bottom for ‘track my order’ it bring up the new customer, new device, existing customer. When I select existing customer it just brings up a list of my products and services and no way to track my order.

how do I track it? I’m guessing the ‘your order is on its way’ is a dispatch email. But I want to track it and can’t.

any advice?

Try the tracking number in DHL / DPD / TNT / Royal Mail etc websites.
