Hi guys,

As well as looking into beneficial changes on the the main community page's side bar (Of which you can find a discussion here), I'm also looking into content we can add here that will help members who are after advice on the most commonly searched topics. These change from time to time, but below are some that are fairly consistently searched:

- Unlocking you phone

- Obtaining a PAC code

- Upgrading your phone

- Voicemail

What I would like to do is to create these guides in collaboration with anyone here who would like to help create one on a popular subject, as it would be used by thousands of people and coming from a fellow member would make it really special. It could be a written guide, a video or anything else you can imagine.

I'll be handing some little rewards to those of you who would like to help and we have great potential to use these around the main O2 site itself (as well as the right-hand side navigation bar on the community front page), letting you contribute to the support pages of this giant network slight_smile

Let me know if you're interested below, need some more information or if you think you could write a guide on a popular subject I've not included here.

Good work Jonsie,

Now if only people bothered to either read guides or searched forums first.

Good stuff jonsie & BoB.
Just one point BoB, you no longer get a zero bill from O2 unless they owe you money. If you just pay the last bill it will show forever in "MY O2" as your latest bill with the date paid.
ie my old account is showing as paid in June but still shows the last bill amount.
I queried this with 2 CS agents and it was confirmed by both that is the way it is now.

Nicely done Bob, just one small detail, when you mention the name of the company it should be O2 (with a capital O) and not o2.

Many get their phone and email settings wrong with this mistake.
