Hi, I think this is the only way that I can contact O2.
‭+44 7471 535940‬ - This number is using your brand and a website that looks like yours as a way of getting your customer bank details <Link Removed>

@GinaBlackmore

It's a well known scam.

Ignore and block the number.

Report it free to O2 by forwarding text to 7726.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Hi @GinaBlackmore

This is a well know scam, and is affecting all UK mobile networks, best thing to do is forward the text message to 7726

Unfortunately phishing attempts are becoming more sophisticated.

If you did click on the link, then as a priority, change all your passwords and make sure to clear cookies etc.

Thanks. Is it possible for O2 to add this information to their website/app To help future customers going through this problem.

O2 could potentially do more than they are doing but at the end of the day, there are so many scams going round, it's impossible to notify customers of everything.

Just stay alert and never follow any links from emails or texts.
