Switching Profiles On O2 Website

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have one log in from the old website that accesses my profiles.

Because my profiles were linked together, since the revamp of the website, I cannot find where I can 'switch profiles' as I had been able to do previously, so I can check my bill, allowance, etc.

Where is the link to switch profiles now?

Thanks

Steve

It's not on mine,

I get links for the following:

Balances & Bills
My picture messages
My broadband
Bluebook
Email

But, nowhere to switch profiles...

What's the use of updating a site if it isn't an improvement?? Doing my head in now - I've got 3 separate e-mail accounts and I can't access 2 of them!! Does anyone know how to get to your linked accounts on this damned new design???
Cheers

Hi there
when I go to the home page before signing in, I click on My O2 at the top and then there is a link on the right hand side. If I then click on the link it takes me to the sign-in page. When I sign in there it shows all 5 of my accounts.
Hope this helps

Make sure you are signed out and then connect to home page. At the moment this is the only way I can access it. If you have auto sign-in try disabling.

How?

I log in, I log out, I click on the my o2 link logged in and logged out, There is no link to switch accounts.

Why 'Improve a site' without improving the site?

When I log in I get...

Balances & Bills
My business account
My picture messages
My personal details
My broadband
blueroom
Bluebook
Send free text messages
Email

When I log out it is the same. Help, I need to check my bill.

Why can't there be a link on the page that shows the bill itself?

just figured this out

1) make sure you are signed out
2) click on my o2 on the right hand side (IMPORTANT click on the my o2 bit not the down arrow next to it)
3) then go to the manage linked accounts bit
