Upgraded my 15 Pro Max to the 16 Pro Max via Switch Up and having to send my 15 Pro Max through the post, I have taken photos of every angle of the phone and how it’s been packaged (in it’s original box and bubble wrapped), I have even taken a video of the phone whilst also speaking my mobile number, the O2 Recycle Switch Up reference number and also the IMEI number of the 15 Pro Max whilst also showing it on the phone screen, I did this so no questions can be asked on the condition once it arrives with O2.
I did want to do everything in a store which is why I pre ordered the 16 Pro Max in store and collected from store but apparently when pre ordering via switch up you now no longer can do everything in store meaning the switch up grading, well that’s at least what the store said but the community manager on here has stated different but anyway what’s peoples experiences of switch up through the post?

Everything went all ok. Received emails for both phones and all passed with no issues, they couldn’t really say otherwise with the way I packaged them
