Trying to Trade up from Iphoine 15 Pro Max to iPhone 16 Pro Max

Just spent 2 and half hours on the phone with 02 trying to trade up. Finally got contract email through to confirm the order and noticed 02 are charging £100 over and above the retail cost of the phone £1300 versus £1199 RRP

Tried to speak with customer services and Nayam in Retentions to understand why this is and how this could be rectified so that I can complete my benefit of 'Trade Up'. Everyone tries to justify but can not and then says finally the truth "I don't know"

I am so upset that a brand and company I trusted have now lost credibility with me and I am now not able to 'Trade Up' under these terms from a moral standpoint.

I will not be staying with O2 if this does not get sorted via this notice

@DeanHibbert

No one is going to lower the price just for you.

It's O2's business decision to charge what they want.

Go buy from Apple on instalments instead.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

A wise person weighs up all their options before signing on the dotted line.

Buying from a network is not always the cheap option

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
