I ordered the Switch on the 6th of June, it was actually for a birthday gift but the birthday has passed now. Does anyone know why it’s taking so long to send out? I’ve checked almost everyday and it says More than 4 weeks - do they not have stock? if they do, why would they take money from people and not have the stock to send out? I’m debating whether to just cancel the order as I feel like it’s abit ridiculous.

o2 don't have a live stock system, so they only know it's out of stock when the order is due to be sent out @clfxd
Your best bet is to contact the sales team as @MI5 has suggested, using the method that best suits you (calling or using social media).

Similar situation to me. Still not received my order having ordered on the 7th. Most other retailers in the UK have had stock several times since I ordered. I'll probably just let it ride, but this is the last time I try and get something on or close to release from O2.
