Well, I have a strange problem this morning, which has been reported to o2 but thought I would share it hear, one of my Pay Monthly Numbers seems to be (via the Web My o2 ) thinking its a PAYG number .... Works fine(ish) in the App
I can even top up the phone, all the other numbers on the account are working fine... just this one...
Ahh well, just another day of o2 IT systems having a hiccup...
Oh and it took 4 rings to get through to an agent and total call time of 15 minutes.. @RafaC @Breanna @Martin-O2 Can you pass on my thanks to the Advisor who took my call, as she was excellent, but I have forgotten her name..

Hey @madasaf1sh. Glad to hear you got through on the phone so quickly. Did they seem to know why that was happening?

They seem to be as confused as me so passed it to o2 IT to have a look at..
Update, it seems to be fixed already...
