We need to take in the calories as from tomorrow because Friday 21st will soon be upon us bringing a whole new raft of threads.

What amazes me is that people are still asking iPhone/nano-sim questions on here for Leonard to go off to O2 to find the info. only to have to come back here and post the answer !!.......what a waste of a manager's time and salary.

Haha, I see it a bit differently though - I'm actually enjoying it. wink

I suspect O2 Towers has a "Quiet Room" where they can listen to soothing music with subdued lighting and an endless supply of coffee..........

Reggae here and there's no-one in this room, so it's rather calming. grin

I'll bet you are.......because you're on a manager's salary.

50 years ago it would have been the Office Gofer doing what you're doing......think about it in regard to why some companies are going out of business wink

I would hope the more mature would be patient and not be demanding 'give it me now or I'm off'.

Has nothing to do with salary, otherwise I wouldn't be doing 7day weeks, 12+ hour days. I just care about the community and people's concerns.

Admirable I'm sure......but it seems that your skills as a manager are not being used effectively or efficiently by O2 otherwise all the work that you've done so far should have resulted in a better performance re. iPhone 5 announcement. It appears that others, perhaps in more senior positions, may not have the skills that you exhibit and are failing to produce results that customers are requiring.

All the people I work with here are giving it their all, so I'm sorry you feel like that. Although the situation isn't ideal, we're all trying to do the best we can.

It's not how I feel that matters........it seems the majority of users on here who want an iPhone 5 cannot obtain timely, correct and consistent information from O2.....I'm not affected because (a) I'm with Vodafone and (b) I don't use or want an iPhone.

All I'm seeing is very disgruntled O2 customers wanting answers, not getting them and as a result are saying they are leaving O2......that should be a concern to all at O2.

It's difficult to get it right first time but very easy to get it wrong time and again and it appears that O2 have not learned from previous confrontations with their customers.
