Sneaky sneaky empty promises

I have the original online offer for air buds pro 2 for £1 offer im now being told that I didn't order the correct colour to benefit for the promotion, what a load of stinky codswallop, funny how you can't find nothing on the Web no more it's all disappeared.

I have put a complaint into the ombudsman about this false advertising.

Have had a message from o2 confirming that I qualified for the air buds pro 2 for £1 promotion and that they will sort it soon and as a good will gesture they have discounted my bill this month by £10
