I was wondering if I could get some clarification on the following three questions;
1. £5 top-up gives one unlimited text; does this mean cross-network?
2. If someone topsup a certain amount; will this amount be converted to credits? Or will this money be only converted to text/calls?
3. Is it easy to switch back and forth (on pay as you go)? I heard by text is the easiest way.
Many Thanks!

Any top up is normal credit from which your £5 is debited once a month. Any remaining credit left is yours to do with as you wish ie calls or web use.

Thanks for the replies.
So let's say I got £0 credit today, I go to the shop and get a £5 voucher and top up... will I get unlimted text (cross-network) AND the £5 as normal credit which I can use during the month for phone calls? Or will I get unlimited text but £0 credit remaining...
I hope I'm making sense.. I just need to make sure sorry..

To use your example, to get unlimited free texts on Text and Web you would need to top-up £30 in a month.
To buy unlimited texts on the Simplicity tariff costs £5.

It sounds like he's changed to the £5 simplicity tariff, which deducts £5 from your credit once a month to buy unlimited texts to all UK networks.
