My sim card is saying no service and I can't get through to 02

I have tried for 48 hours now to phone or use live chat and they are too busy to speak to me. Although they do look forward to speaking to me if i call back

I have tried the following times 7:00am, 7:30am, 12:15pm, 6:00pm, 7:45pm and 11:30pm.

Can anyone offer any tips on how to contact 02

They have until tomorrow then I am cancelling my direct debit and going to Vodaphone

CS doesn't open until 8.00am so don't call before then. Early morning is best though.

Do not cancel your direct debit as it will leave you with a black mark on your credit file

as as advised keep persevering calling cs

What have you actually tried to diagnose the problem? Go through the self help on the link provided above. Tell us a little more and maybe we can help.

The first thing I noticed was 3 of the times the OP has tried to phone/contact O2 there would be no-one available as the lines were closed. slight_frown

Also I can't emphasise enough the folly of cancelling the direct debit in anger. There will be only one loser and it won't be O2

@LeeRuss1971, welcome to the community! I understand your frustration. Try the advice given above, specially the steps on the link and let us know how you get on. Also if you want to contact CS make sure it's during their opening time like the members are mentioning
