Usual SMS would say 'O2: Your latest bill is now ready to view at My O2. Just go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2/viewbill . Turn off your wifi and you won't need a username or password to log in.
Just had six SMS messages in the last hour saying the following (with varying amounts / varying dates)
'O2: Your bill's 17.00 GBP this month. To view it, just go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2/bill . Turn off your wifi and you won't need a username or password. Your payment will be taken on or soon after 11/05/16. Thanks.'
All have come from the O2UK that I would always get the usual SMS messages from. An O2 fault or something more sinister? I've reported it as smishing just in case but just unusual. Cheers!

Link is genuine.
It's a much reported system issue.
