I have tried to redeem 3 separate £10’s from airtime rewards over the last 4 months and none of them have been taken off my bills? Any help??

sim card number change

i need to change my phone number over to another sim card, but i couldnt access my account in the O2 Shop because the answer was wrong on the security question. i have the new sim card here now but need my number transferred onto it.

Transferring sim to another provider

Why do I have to pay the remaining charges on a Device before I can move my phone number to another provider. I am happy to pay the remaining cost of the device over the period but the monthly cost of an O2 sim is about 4 times the price of BT
