What is going on with the orders on this phone?
It's been a total shambles!
Misinformation, lack of emails, orders stuck "In Progress"...
It's really not good enough, all customers want to know is "When will I get my phone!"
I really don't understand how o2 can be so bad with telling the truth to their customers...so, a simple one:
Have you got stock of the Samsung Galaxy S2, as of now (09th May), for either contract or payg?

Anyone have this phone yet whats good about it?
I got a iphone 4 and might goet this phone too but is it worth it?
Never had an adriod phone so whats good about andriod?
Been on IOS for years now and really like it, its so easy me 3 year old can work my phone no problem!

Ordered mine online Monday 16th and received it this morning. Bit of a shock as I was expecting having to wait for two weeks. But stunning phone, lots to play with will take ages to master it..........great. Good job I was at home!!!
Have to say the online ordering process is a nightmare. You expect a 'technology' company to have a slick efficient set up but not O2 i'm afraid, hope the service from now on is better.
PS. I was a new contract buyer.

i recieved mine at 3pm earlier.. JUST as i was leaving for work.. so not had the chance to play with my new toy yet lol... anyone else recieved theirs? or heard anything?

Dear O2, please give me back my £399 now that you've happily cancelled my order!
It seems O2 can take my money quick enough to place an order for something it feels like O2 had no intention to sell. Why can't O2 refund quite as quickly!
O2 have acted so poorly over this, and I just want my money back and call it a day.
New customers... be warned.

Wow I did not think it would take a long time to buy a payasgo S2, looks like I have to wait probably another month or two to get this (my first) smartphone. I bet most of you guys are ex iphone 4 users! Why cant you guys just wait for the iphone 5, be patient!!

i know its only 3 days, but still being told 23rd May before I can even order one for a handset upgrade which means that the system forces new customers to be prioritised as they can place orders.
(unsurprising but frustrating)
I think everyone could tolerate clear communications and a first come first serve queue

Well, it's now Friday, and the £399 is still not back in my account after cancelling the order on Tuesday 17th. So O2 have kept my £399 since 4th May.
O2 have not once contacted me by telephone to advise me what was going on. They did, however, send an email today saying that the order was cancelled and hoped everything was now OK. Insulting.
Just so you all know, cancelled the order on Tuesday 17th May and got a notification from O2 on Thursday 19th May to say they were refunding me that day - after the Customer Service Supervisor told me they would initiate the refund that day and it would take 3-5 days for the bank to process it.
I have now raised a dispute with LloydsTSB, just as I warned to the Customer Services Supervisor.

this just happened to me , ordered a samsung galaxy supposed to be here on 27th not arrived, now dhl is saying they delivered it which they did not, i nowhave to send a proof of signiture so who knows when i will get my phone thats if i dont get ripped, any advice would be appreiciated
