I am still trying to chase O2 customer service about not receiving my text message code to claim a pair of Samsung Earbuds for £1. I have phoned around 15 times now over the last 4 months and I keep being promised call backs, that a form has been filled it and I will receive a response or resolution in 5 days. I purchased my Samsung s23+ with 512mb memory on 26th October 23 and qualify for the offer. I am reaching the stage where I don't know what to do next.

Hi Dave, O2 resolved the issue today. They said although I was eligible for the earbuds offer, they can no longer fulfill it. They instead gave me a credit on my account as a goodwill gesture.
